5. Boulmer - Northumberland Beach Picture.
A favourite beach for local Northumbrians this working beach homes tractors and coble boats that fish off it's sandy shores. There is a small car parks which leads straight on to the sands and a lovely local pub.

Beadnell Bay is famous for having the only west facing harbour on the east coast of England. This quaint little harbour is surrounded buy old lime kilns and the huge expanse of sandy bay is home to many sea birds that nest in the dunes. So be careful to keep your dog on a lead!
